We will provide you with personalized service as you place your order!  We are happy to help you coordinate colors and designs.

Payment: We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover, as well as money orders & personal checks.

Delivery Time:   *Ordering a gift for the holidays?  Please view our Holiday Shipping Schedule below.

Delivery time for standard items is approximately 1-2 weeks.   Certain styles of Ceiling Fans are hand painted to order and will take approximately 3 weeks.  Allow up to 6 weeks for custom orders. Items are generally shipped via UPS ground or freight carriers (depending upon the size of the item).  Please do not accept a package with visible damage.  If upon unpacking you notice that your item is damaged, please file a damage claim with us within 48 hours!

Returns: Should you decide that you need to return an item, simply send it back (with shipping & insurance prepaid) indicating your preference of a refund, replacement or gallery Gift Certificate.  We will promptly issue you a full credit on exchanges.  Returns incur a 10% restock fee.  We will happily accept returns on standard items within 20 days of delivery.  Please see special terms below regarding Custom Orders.

Custom Orders:  We are unable to accept returns on items that have been special ordered with customized colors, designs, or personalization.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be collected on items bought in or shipped to Florida.

International Orders:  We are able to ship within the U.S.  Please contact us for shipping availability to other countries.

Shipping Guarantees and Delays - Next Day Air, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select are the only methods UPS guarantees on-time delivery.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order and that someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery.  We do not require signature for delivery, however it is up to the delivery person to require a signature or not based on the delivery location.  We cannot be responsible for packages delayed due to weather, incorrect package routing, incorrect addresses or if the receiver is not available upon delivery.  If an order must be reshipped, a reshipping fee will apply.
